- From 10 rooms (15 full paying guests) and above:
- 21 to 14 days prior to arrival date: one night's room charge per room reserved.
- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total room charge of the period reserved or to a minimum of one night stay.
- 7 days to the date of arrival: 100% of the total room charge of the period reserved.
- Below 10 rooms (less than 15 full paying guests):
- Within 04 days prior to arrival: 50% of one night's room charge per room reserved.
- On day of arrival: 100% of one night's room charge per room reserved.
- a seafood barbecue buffet for a group of 30 or more, is USD 15 per head
- for a group of less than 30 guests, the rate for this buffet is USD 20 per head
- the Vietnamese Set Menu Lunch & Dinner is charged at USD 5 per person.
