- FIT: 4 days or less prior to arrival date: one night stay charge.
- GIT (minimum of 8 paying rooms are considered as a group):
- 15 days or less prior to arrival date: 50% first night charge of total group size.
- 10 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% first night charge of total group size.
*Amendment or chaging the arrival date/number of rooms after the cut-off date will be considered as cancellation.
*Cut-off date:
FIT: 6 days prior to arrival
GIT: 20 days prior to arrival in high season, 10 days prior to arrival in low season.
*No show: 100% first night charge multiplied by the number of rooms reserved.
