-For late checkout between 1200 and 1800 hours, 50% of the room rate will be charged
-For late checkouts after 1800 hours, 100% of the room rate will be charged.
-Children under six years of age sharing a bed with parents will be accommodated free of charge and will also be given a free breakfast
-Children from six to nine years of age sharing a bed with parents will be accommodated free of charge, but will be charged USD 5 per child, for breakfast
-For children above ten years of age, an extra bed is compulsory
-Children under 12 years of age will be charged USD 15 for an additional bed and meals
-Children above 12 years of age will be charged USD 20 for an additional bed and meals.
-There will be no charge for cancellations made eight days before the scheduled arrival date
-For cancellations made five to seven days before the arrival date, 30% of one night's accommodation will be charged
-For cancellations made three to four days before the arrival date, 75% of one night's accommodation will be charged
-For cancellations made two days prior to the arrival date or no-shows, 100% of one night's accommodation will be charged.
Gala dinners have been planned for Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and January 27, 2010.The dates are 24/12/09 31/12/09 27/1/10 respectively.
For children under three years old, all three events are free.
For children three to six years old the charges are USD10 per event.
For children six to 12 years old the charges are USD20 USD25 and USD9 respectively.
For children twelve years and older the charges are USD40 USD50 and USD19 respectively.
